Zernio

Lets an agent run your social media through one connection - publish and schedule posts across up to 15 networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat, Google Business), answer DMs from a unified inbox, reply to comments and reviews, pull post and account analytics, and pause or resume ad campaigns.

What it can do

CapabilityWhat it does
PublishingCreate, schedule, or draft posts to many networks at once; text plus media by public URL; list, inspect, and delete posts.
Inbox (DMs)List conversations, read message threads, and send replies on Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
CommentsFind commented posts, read comment threads, and reply - across 9 networks including TikTok and YouTube.
Mentions and reviewsList @mentions; read and answer Google Business and Facebook reviews.
AnalyticsPer-post metrics (impressions, reach, engagement) and best-time-to-post suggestions.
AdsList ads and campaigns with spend and ROAS metrics; pause or resume campaigns.
AccountsList Zernio profiles and connected social accounts (the accountIds every action uses).

How to get credentials

  1. Sign up or sign in at zernio.com.
  2. Connect your social accounts in the Zernio dashboard (each network walks you through its official OAuth).
  3. Go to Dashboard -> API Keys and create a key.
  4. Copy the key (starts with sk_) - it is shown only once.

Notes:

  • The first 2 connected social accounts are free on Zernio; more accounts are billed by Zernio per account.
  • LinkedIn and TikTok DMs are not available - a platform-side restriction, not a Zernio or FlyMy.AI limitation.
  • X/Twitter actions can carry small Zernio-side passthrough fees billed by Zernio to your Zernio account.

Troubleshooting

  • 401 Unauthorized - the key is wrong or was revoked. Create a fresh key in the Zernio dashboard and paste it again.
  • Post fails on one network only - open the post via zernio_get_post: the per-platform status shows which network rejected it and why (media format, caption length, expired account connection).
  • Account shows as disconnected - reconnect it in the Zernio dashboard; platform tokens (e.g. Instagram's 60-day token) sometimes expire and need a re-login.
  • 429 Too Many Requests - Zernio rate-limits per workspace; retry after a short pause.
We love our partners - FlyMy.AI builds with the best. Thanks, Zernio!
