How to connect

Notes:

- If a run reports "rate limited (429)" - it is transient; the agent retries automatically.
Troubleshooting
- "Account is not connected yet" - the OAuth window was closed early. Reconnect the tool from the catalog.
- A post fails on Facebook only - open the post via the get-post action: the per-platform status explains the rejection (media format, caption limits, expired connection).
- Account disconnected - reconnect from the catalog; network tokens occasionally require a fresh sign-in.
