Apollo

Connects Apollo.io to FlyMyAI agents through Apollo's official hosted MCP. Connect your Apollo account once via OAuth and the agent can search Apollo's B2B database, enrich people and companies, manage CRM records, and run outreach sequences - no API key to paste.

What it can do

  • Search people / prospects by title, seniority, location, company, technology and hiring signals
  • Search companies by domain, size, location, revenue, funding and tech stack
  • Enrich a person or company (verified email, phone, firmographics)
  • Create and update CRM contacts and accounts
  • Enroll or remove contacts in email sequences and kick off outreach
  • Read team / sequence analytics

The exact verbs are discovered from Apollo's hosted MCP after you connect, so the list tracks whatever Apollo currently exposes for your plan and the scopes you grant.

Some actions (bulk enrichment, phone reveal, sequence enrollment) consume Apollo credits. The agent is told to confirm before bulk or credit-spending operations, but keep an eye on your Apollo credit balance.

How to get credentials

Apollo uses OAuth - there's no token to copy.

  1. In FlyMyAI, open the Apollo MCP and start the setup flow.
  2. An Apollo consent screen opens in a new tab. Sign in with the Apollo account the agent should act as.
  3. Review the requested scopes and approve.
  4. You're redirected back to FlyMyAI; the tool flips to Configured.

Requirements:

  • An Apollo plan that allows API / integration access. Free or basic plans may not expose the API, and some endpoints (search, sequences) require a master API permission.
  • Your Apollo workspace admin must allow third-party integrations.

To revoke access later, open Apollo Settings -> Integrations and remove the FlyMyAI connection.

Fields to fill in FlyMyAI

No fields - the OAuth flow stores the tokens automatically. To switch Apollo accounts, remove the tool and connect again with the other account.

Troubleshooting

  • OAuth denied / 403 - your Apollo plan or workspace role lacks integration permission. Ask an Apollo admin to enable API access for your seat.
  • Connected, but some actions are missing - the available actions are limited by the scopes granted at connect time and by your Apollo plan. Reconnect to refresh.
  • Error mentioning credits - the operation needs Apollo credits your account doesn't have. Top up in Apollo or narrow the request.
  • Writes (create contact, add to sequence) rejected - the granted scopes are read-only; reconnect after an admin enables the write scopes.
