# Fireflies.ai

> Search meeting transcripts, summaries and analytics, upload audio and send the notetaker bot via Fireflies.ai.

Lets an agent read your Fireflies meeting transcripts, summaries, soundbites and
analytics, and run writes like uploading audio, sending the notetaker bot to a
live meeting, and asking AskFred questions.

## What it can do

| `fireflies_list_users` | List all team users (admin-scoped). |
| `fireflies_list_contacts` | List the API key owner's contacts. |
| `fireflies_list_transcripts` | List / search transcripts by keyword, date, emails, channel. |
| `fireflies_get_transcript` | Get one transcript with sentences and AI summary. |
| `fireflies_list_bites` | List bites (soundbite clips) by mine / my_team / transcript. |
| `fireflies_get_bite` | Get one bite by id. |
| `fireflies_list_channels` | List channels accessible to the user. |
| `fireflies_get_channel` | Get one channel by id. |
| `fireflies_get_analytics` | Get team and per-user conversation analytics (Business + admin). |
| `fireflies_upload_audio` | Upload an audio/video URL for transcription. |
| `fireflies_delete_transcript` | Delete a transcript you own. |
| `fireflies_add_to_live_meeting` | Send the notetaker bot to a live meeting link. |
| `fireflies_update_meeting_title` | Rename a meeting transcript (admin). |
| `fireflies_set_user_role` | Set a team member's role (admin / user). |
| `fireflies_create_bite` | Create a soundbite clip from a transcript. |
| `fireflies_share_meeting` | Share a meeting with people by email. |
| `fireflies_ask_fred` | Ask AskFred a question about your meeting(s). |

## How to get credentials

1. Open [app.fireflies.ai/integrations/custom/fireflies](https://app.fireflies.ai/integrations/custom/fireflies).
2. Sign in with the Fireflies account whose meetings the agent should use.
3. Copy the **API key** shown on the page (it authenticates as that user).
4. Paste it into the `FIREFLIES_API_KEY` field in FlyMyAI.

Some actions (analytics, set role, rename meeting) require a Business plan
and/or team admin rights on the Fireflies account.
